We are pleased to welcome Guests who are travelling with pets, while being sensitive to the needs of other guests for whom pets are a physical or emotional challenge.
We have, therefore, developed a Pet Friendly Policy that should give all guests reasonable assurance that they will be able to enjoy their stay. Guests travelling with pets will be asked at time of registration to sign an acknowledgement of the following provisions:
• Pet Ready Rooms are available on the first floor garden area. When filled, the reservation desk may release a non Pet Ready room. • Cleaning Surcharges - Sanitation of rooms that have lodged pets is necessarily more extensive and consequential. Therefore, a daily cleaning surcharge of $25 in Pet Ready rooms and $50 in non Pet Ready rooms shall be applied. Soiling or room damage will necessitate an additional charge. • Compensation for Disturbance - In the event that pets' behavior becomes a disturbance to other guests, the pet's owner will reimburse the Beach Resort for any adjustment that may have been necessary to ameliorate another guest's complaint. • Leashing - Pets will be leashed or confined to a carrier whenever outside the room on the hotel's premises. Pets are not allowed in the lobby area except when checking in or out of the hotel, and then must be constrained by a leash and never let up on the lobby furniture. • Pet Relief - Pets may relieve themselves only on the grassy area near the flagpole and owners must remove droppings to an outside receptacle provided for that purpose at the perimeter of the resort (see site map). • Unattended Pets -

• Upon witnessing inhumane or neglectful treatment of animals, hotel management or its representatives reserve the right to intervene at any time that they deem it may be harmful or threatening to the animal, the surrounding persons, or property. • BEACH RESORT's Pet Friendly Policy includes but is not limited to all of the provisions listed.
