Management Positions


DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE– 1 NON-UNION POSITION – FULL TIME
We are looking for someone who has experience in hospitality, restaurant, in-room dining, bar and banquet operations. Our ideal candidate is a leader with a successful track record of food and beverage operations experience. This individual will possess an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to think strategically with regard to creating and executing a plan to improve the business. Our ideal candidate will also be hands-on, exemplify leadership, knowledge of systems, and can be accountable for results.

Our vision for our Director of Food & Beverage is to focus on increasing revenue and improving operational efficiencies while improving the guest experience.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior level food and beverage professional in a hotel environment with an increasing track of responsibility and leadership.

Applicants must be proficient with basic technology computers in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Experience with Maitre D’ and Delphi management system a plus. Excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to negotiate positive outcomes, work well with a wide range of people and work in a closely knit team. Ability to juggle many projects at one time, prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service experience is required with a strong ability to positively handle guest relations.
