Welcome to the BEACH RESORT Monterey, Monterey's only beachfront resort. Our full-time meeting and conference staff will make the planning of your event easy, efficient, and productive.

With over 9,000 square feet of oceanfront & banquet meeting space, BEACH RESORT Monterey can accommodate small personal retreats or large events for up to 650 guests. From formal dinners to ocean front luaus, bonfires or old-fashioned barbecues we will enhance your guests’ experience while surrounding them with comfort and tranquility. Enjoy the pristine sweep of pale sand set beneath the miles of dunes. Witness majestic sunsets while listening to the roar of the Pacific Ocean as waves tumble to shore to form an idyllic setting for your event.

All rooms are self-contained and easily accessible. We offer a full range of audiovisual equipment, including projectors, large screens, speakerphones, or whatever else your meetings may require. We have a fully equipped business center and wi-fi service.

Enjoy our California Cuisine as you watch the whales and dolphins play from our top floor Café Beach "Windows-on-the-Bay" gourmet restaurant, which seats 100. Sandal's Lounge offers sweeping views of the Monterey Bay, and serves free afternoon hors d'oeuvres and live entertainment every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.

The pleasures and treasures of the Monterey Peninsula surround us: Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, "world famous" golf courses, Laguna Seca Raceway, and much more.
